The Colorado Trail is very close to the cabin. Segment 3 ends near Wellington Lake road. Mountain Bikes are allowed on the trail up to Segment 4. At Segment 4 hiking only. There’s a great blog with beautiful pictures of the trail, click here to go to the blog.
