Wellington Lake is a privately owned lake which offers many activities: camping, fishing, hiking, swimming, canoeing, mountain biking, ice fishing, cross country skiing, and snowshoeing. Just a few miles from the cabin it’s the closest fishing area but they do charge a daily fee. Open year round. For more info on the area, read The Summit Post.
